Full-time English Outbound Customer Service Representatives

 

Location: Panama City, Panama

  • Limited Full Time Positions - annually
  • Hours of operation are from 7:00 am to 12:00 midnight CST Monday-Friday and 7am-6pm on Saturday (hours are subject to change)
  • Flexible work schedules
  • 40 hours/week

 

As a Full-time Outbound Customer Service Representatives at Panatel International, you will responsible for making outbound telephone calls to potentially new customers, as well as existing customers. Your job responsibilities will include, for example: providing accurate information to customers, and selling products of interest to targeted clients.

 

Your major job responsibilities at our company will be:

 

  • Generate sales interest on the outbound telephone call
  • For customers that can't be closed on a sale right away - arrange for a follow up call and aggressively pursue customer
  • Meet and exceed our company's personal and performance standards as measured by standardized call center metrix
  • Be adaptable and welcoming to challenges that may be faced
  • Carefully input customer data into computer system
  • Provide an excellent customer service experience while complying with our clients' policies and procedures
